The duplex unit is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Everything was well stocked - living, kitchen, laundry, bathroom. There was coffee (Keurig and filtered), tea, games and disposables. All equipments worked. HVAC was decentralized and works great. Place was clean (our allergy was not triggered). Truly cozy place, like home. None
